Job Summary

Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level by driving financial performance analysis and metrics, including pricing, revenue, contribution margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion. Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and partner with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO, and AOP processes. Lead recurring operating reviews, oversee accruals and financial reporting, and improve efficiency through standardization and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage regional/SBU/LOB-level P&L through ongoing performance monitoring and metrics management.
•Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including Pulse, SRO, and AOP processes.
•Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial projections.
•Lead monthly operating sessions with operations and finance leadership to review risks/opportunities, performance, and action plans.
•Oversee recurring deliverables such as accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting, and drive standardization/automation of processes.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of overall finance experience with strong exposure to business finance metrics.
•Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
•Ability to partner with the business in commercial excellence with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.
•Exposure to tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
•Knowledge of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
