Sr. Contract to Order Specialist

Own end-to-end contract-to-order operations and financial lifecycle for government contracts, bridging contract award to execution of deliverables. Build and set up projects and contracts in Oracle Fusion, create sales orders with Program and Deployment Operations, and partner with billing to establish invoicing schedules. Maintain contract dashboards and audit-ready documentation, lead SOC and IPO readiness, and drive process improvements through testing and implementation support.
