Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and evaluate predictive ML models for semiconductor yield, product reliability, test-time optimization, or cycle-time improvements.
  • •Use regression, decision-tree, ensemble, and boosting techniques on structured probe, wafer, test, and manufacturing datasets.
  • •Design agentic AI prototypes for engineering workflows such as report generation, anomaly detection, data processing, and test-program analysis.
  • •Prepare, clean, transform, and integrate engineering data into structured, analysis-ready formats for ML/AI workflows.
  • •Create technical documentation and present results, including model evaluation, limitations, and recommended next steps.

Key Requirements
