Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare portfolio materials and retrieve required reports for account review meetings using EDS, PIMS, IMS, and PAS systems.
  • •Set up and maintain account documentation for existing and new clients, including payment/pledging, address changes, investment guidelines, fees, and related updates.
  • •Order reports and communicate with clients and portfolio managers to ensure follow-ups on client requests.
  • •Support risk and compliance requirements, including REV peer review and New Account Review processes and documentation.
  • •Process client cash transfer requests and fund trades via CIT or all-in-one bank applications; review fee worksheets and research tax discrepancies to oversee necessary adjustments.
