Job Summary

Drive AI-enabled transformation across core finance processes such as billing, project accounting, procurement, and collections. Key Responsibilities

•Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across finance processes including billing, project accounting, procurement, and collections.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance AI use cases from ideation through design, deployment, and value realization.
•Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce reliance on external consultants.
•Translate business needs into scalable, AI-driven solutions by partnering with IT, data teams, and external partners.
•Support change management, capability building, and AI literacy across the finance community.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
•7+ years of experience
•Strong finance background (CPA or equivalent preferred) with exposure to transformation initiatives
•Proven experience in finance transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation in complex organizations
•Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or data tools (e.g., Power Platform, analytics tools, RPA)
