Job Summary

Assist in delivering cost management for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility construction project. Support cost planning, procurement, and financial control across CSA, MEP, and specialist systems within a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Work within a commercial team to provide accurate cost data, run analyses, and help manage variations, tendering, and governance.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in cost planning, estimation, feasibility studies, and cost plans across project stages; support benchmarking and data analysis for key construction and engineering packages.
•Assist in procurement and tendering: prepare tender documentation for CSA, MEP, and specialist works; manage tender queries, document control, and bidder communication; support tender evaluation through cost comparison and reporting.
•Post-contract cost management: assist in variations, change control processes, cost tracking, and review of contractor progress claims and interim valuations.
•Reporting & financial control: help prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates; track project expenditure and highlight potential cost risks or variances; support governance compliance.
•Technical & project coordination: collaborate with CSA, MEP, and technical teams; attend design, coordination, and site meetings; integrate cost information across engineering and construction activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
•2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles.
•Exposure to CSA and/or MEP scope on construction projects (preferred).
•Experience in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing/data centre/mission-critical environments is an advantage.
•Strong numerical/analytical skills and good communication and coordination skills.
