Sales & Service Lead - Washington Square

Lead an exceptional in-store guest experience by assessing guest connection and technical product education, coaching teammates, and driving engagement and interaction targets. Build daily customer relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans for improvement. Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and talent development, using performance tools to provide constant feedback. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads on training and store initiatives while managing budgets, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities.
