Senior Director, Security Engineering

Build and lead Ripple’s Security Engineering organization, setting the security strategy and roadmap across product, infrastructure, and corporate IT. Own AI security for LLMs and agentic workflows by defining guardrails, secure SDLC testing gates, and human oversight. Serve as a security domain expert, lead architecture reviews and vulnerability management, and partner across engineering, product, and IT leadership to reduce risk and strengthen customer protection.
