Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a Security Engineering team, setting security strategy and fostering a company-wide security culture.
  • •Set the AI security approach for agentic guardrails, including scope boundaries, blast radius limits, and rollback mechanisms.
  • •Implement agentic SDLC guardrails with testing gates and human oversight for AI-assisted development workflows.
  • •Lead security architecture reviews and own vulnerability management, including coordinating penetration testing and driving remediation.
  • •Partner with engineering, product, and IT leadership to align security priorities and champion security outcomes for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of security engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/management role (preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech).
  • •Hands-on AI security expertise, including understanding LLM/AI agent risk surfaces and building guardrails.
  • •Expert security architecture knowledge across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern application stacks, and network security.
  • •Strong security fundamentals including cryptography, secure coding, and common web and blockchain vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • •Experience with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and threat modeling methodologies.
