Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters.
  • •Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • •Support organisational change initiatives and advise on people impacts of business decisions.
  • •Interpret and apply employment legislation and company HR programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an HR Advisory, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or HR Consulting role.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment law and associated people-related risk.
  • •Experience advising managers on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and performance management.
  • •Ability to manage complex and sensitive employee issues while balancing business and employee needs.
  • •Degree qualification and/or relevant HR certification preferred.
