Job Summary

Lead the delivery of full-stack product modules by designing and maintaining backend microservices, database schemas, and responsive frontend interfaces. Drive end-to-end ownership from requirements and system design through automated deployment, monitoring, and production support. Ensure high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and strong observability, while optimizing multi-tier performance bottlenecks. Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams and mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices, optimized database schemas, and interactive frontend application interfaces.
•Own end-to-end delivery of core product modules, from requirements and system design to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
•Write clean, extensible, and testable code using OOP concepts and SOLID design principles.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and SRE teams to turn product strategies into platform capabilities.
•Ensure backend and frontend infrastructure supports high availability, multi-tenant fault tolerance, security compliance, and observability, while optimizing performance bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years building and scaling software products in fast-paced product engineering teams.
•Strong full-stack engineering fluency across backend (REST APIs, microservices, caching layers) and modern frontend frameworks.
•Proven ability to design scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant end-to-end multi-tenant systems (HLD/LLD).
•Experience designing database schemas and working with distributed storage layers including RDBMS, NoSQL, and queuing systems.
•Hands-on exposure to integrating AI tools to streamline technical execution and user workflows.
