Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate training via classroom and/or distance learning technology to meet performance objectives and stimulate learning.
  • •Master training content for new hire to intermediate level employees and consult subject matter experts/resources to strengthen content knowledge.
  • •Prepare for assigned classes, establish credibility with the audience, and tailor delivery to different participant needs, interests, and experience levels.
  • •Use facilitation techniques to assess engagement and comprehension in real time, including coaching and using a range of question types.
  • •Manage the learning environment (including challenging participants and minimizing distractions) and participate in special projects for lines of business and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong facilitation and/or presentation skills.
  • •BS degree or experience in a business-related field; Education and/or corporate training experience preferred.
  • •3-5 years of supervisory or classroom management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • •Ability to relate to and work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and personalities.
  • •Moderate knowledge of adult learning principles and providing positive/constructive feedback, coaching to intermediate organizational levels.
