Senior Technical Compliance Manager

Serve as the technical engine of export control compliance, providing day-to-day product counseling, ECCN classification, and licensing-related technical analysis across TikTok’s products, technologies, and infrastructure. Conduct end-to-end classification assessments for hardware, software, and emerging technologies, including advanced semiconductors and AI-related tools. Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, procurement, and business teams to advise on export control implications and operationalize BIS requirements and internal guidance in a fast-moving environment.
