Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the Tyson RVI-Harmony rendering plant to keep equipment and facilities running reliably. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues, repair machinery and facility systems, and coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records, follow SOPs and safety procedures, and participate in training. Work rotating D shift schedules with physical task readiness in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery, including lubrication, inspections, adjustments, and replacements.
•Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and implement repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime.
•Perform electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting circuits and replacing fuses, switches, and motors.
•Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and mechanical components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and conveyors.
•Conduct facility maintenance (e.g., plumbing and carpentry), maintain maintenance records, and coordinate with production/maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize work.
