Job Summary

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of maritime infrastructure projects across the Middle East, including ports, harbours, and marine terminals. Serve as a technical lead within the Maritime Structures service line by establishing design direction, reviewing engineering outputs, and providing oversight, governance, and mentorship. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, build strong client relationships, support bids and business development, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless maritime project execution.
•Oversee planning, design, and delivery of maritime infrastructure projects, including ports, harbours, and marine terminals.
•Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
•Provide technical expertise and guidance; review technical documentation, calculations, and structural models as necessary.
•Mentor team members, maintain client relationships, and support business development through engagements and bids.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably with maritime or coastal specialization.
•Minimum 10 years of project management experience delivering maritime infrastructure projects.
•Experience in structural design of maritime infrastructure, including deck on pile structures, block walls, flexible retaining structures, and terminal infrastructure.
•Proven leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
•Proficiency in project management tools and structural engineering software; BIM experience and relevant professional accreditation are desirable.
