Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or support full-cycle recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and candidate communications.
  • •Partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture teams to understand workforce needs, required capabilities, and labor market conditions.
  • •Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, internal talent identification, community engagement, and external partnerships.
  • •Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • •Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and process documentation within applicant tracking and recruiting systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years relevant recruiting experience.

  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, with excellent verbal and written communication.
