Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite product support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for assigned customer accounts.
  • •Support deployments and logistics, including managing software distribution and EDHR updates.
  • •Assist customers with application of equipment and escalate issues to Service Manager and CQA Account Manager.
  • •Train yearly (minimum 40 hours) on ZOLL products and maintain proficiency.
  • •Manage technicians and PM workload, assist with reviews/PDR guidance, and provide monthly reporting on metrics.
Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 33 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree (2-year minimum) required, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Prior experience interfacing with external customers (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license required.
  • •Credit card in good standing for travel-related expenses required.
  • •Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain proficiency through annual 40-hour product training.
