Drive execution and operational discipline for the Functional People Team and Operational Excellence agenda, partnering with the SVP and broader People organization. Own end-to-end operating rhythm, leadership meeting materials, and action tracking. Lead process improvement to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring deliverables, and translate complex priorities into structured plans, dashboards, and executive-ready communications. Collaborate with Finance and People stakeholders on workforce planning and budget-related people processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team’s end-to-end operating cadence, ensuring clarity of priorities, sequencing, and accountability.
•Develop agendas, materials, and action tracking for leadership meetings, functional updates, town halls, and key forums.
•Partner with Finance and People stakeholders to support workforce planning, hiring governance, organizational tracking, and productivity initiatives.
•Lead or support process improvement efforts to simplify, standardize, automate, and strengthen recurring activities and deliverables.
•Manage cross-functional People Team projects and translate complex priorities into executive-ready plans, dashboards, and communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,435 - 182,604 annually
