Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to customer implementations across the application lifecycle, including planning, deployment architectures, development/build, integration/release configuration, testing, production operations, optimization, and best-practices adoption.
  • •Deliver classroom-based training for architect, developer, and operations audiences.
  • •Collaborate with a wider delivery team of consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor, influence customer success, and communicate the MongoDB product roadmap to external clients.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering teams using field experience to guide future MongoDB product development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software development/consulting/support experience across distinct industries.
  • •Competence in at least one of: Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Go.

  • •Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning (Windows tuning knowledge is a plus).
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and confidence speaking/presenting in collaborative customer settings (including frequent short customer travel up to 15%).
