Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards while fostering positive team communication and cohesion.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality, production, and cost objectives and maintain health/safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with a proven ability to deliver project metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; ability to work overtime/weekends and meet physical demands of the role.
