Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project scope, schedule, and budget through design, contracting, and construction for hi-tech equipment installation and tenant improvement projects.
  • •Plan facilities changes for laboratories and equipment layouts to meet compliance and operational efficiency goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management or facilities engineering.
  • •Working experience as a construction project manager or facilities engineer in semiconductor manufacturing (wafer fab) facilities.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor facility systems (e.g., waste and exhaust, chilled/condenser water, process gases, controls and monitoring).
  • •Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
