Job Summary

Manage hi-tech equipment installation and tenant improvement construction projects across the NAM portfolio, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget through design, contracting, and construction. Partner with internal stakeholders, architecture/engineering firms, Facilities Operations, and EH&S to develop compliant design criteria and detailed drawings. Lead safety-focused delivery, coordinate inspections and commissioning, review project costs, and direct construction project managers as needed.

•Manage project scope, schedule, and budget through design, contracting, and construction for hi-tech equipment installation and tenant improvement projects.
•Plan facilities changes for laboratories and equipment layouts to meet compliance and operational efficiency goals.
•Coordinate with business partners, architecture/engineering firms, Facilities Operations, and EH&S to develop and approve design criteria, layouts, and detailed drawings.
•Review and estimate design costs, inspect construction progress for conformance, and support commissioning and hand-off.
•Schedule building inspections, obtain approvals, and direct construction project managers for RFIs and bid/approval processes.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
•7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management or facilities engineering.
•Working experience as a construction project manager or facilities engineer in semiconductor manufacturing (wafer fab) facilities.
•Knowledge of semiconductor facility systems (e.g., waste and exhaust, chilled/condenser water, process gases, controls and monitoring).
•Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
