Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead water sports activity delivery and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
  • •Act as the senior on-water authority, enforcing safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessments during activities.
  • •Mentor, coach, and support instructors and junior team members, ensuring consistent training delivery and guest engagement.
  • •Deliver advanced instruction across multiple disciplines (e.g., kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, towable activities) and run guest briefings and safety demonstrations.
  • •Support pre-opening setup and commissioning, supervise daily post-opening operations, oversee equipment readiness, handle escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Water Sports Instructor (or equivalent), such as ISA or RYA, or a recognized professional qualification.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
  • •Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines, with supervisory/senior instructor experience preferred.
  • •Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date), with strong water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management knowledge.
  • •Ability to mentor and lead instructors, manage groups safely, and deliver high-quality experiences in dynamic outdoor marine environments.
