Job Summary

Own end-to-end operational integrity of wallet and digital asset custody across hot, warm, and cold wallets, including rebalancing, balance monitoring, inter-wallet transfers, and reconciliation with on-chain and ledger state. Lead proof-of-reserves (PoR) program setup and ongoing operations, partner with engineering for Merkle tree/on-chain signing workflows, and coordinate with compliance, legal, treasury/finance, and security to manage risk, controls, incidents, and regulatory wallet documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the daily operational cycle of hot, warm, and cold wallet management across supported assets and networks.
•Define and execute rebalancing thresholds/triggers, monitor balances in real time, and handle inter-wallet transfers with multi-sig coordination.
•Lead PoR program design and execution for each site/entity, including methodology, auditor engagement, PoR data scope, and snapshot generation.
•Serve as the operational counterpart to wallet engineering and security, driving operational readiness for new wallet setups and key ceremony planning.
•Own wallet-related operational risk, set transaction approval and segregation-of-duties controls, act as incident commander for wallet issues, and ensure full audit trails.

Key Requirements

•4–8+ years in digital assets, crypto exchange, or institutional crypto custody.
•Strong understanding of blockchain mechanics and wallet security concepts including UTXO vs account-based models, MPC, HSM, and multi-sig.
•Hands-on experience with custody platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, Ceffu, or similar.
•Experience with key ceremony procedures, cold storage operations, and access control frameworks.
•Exposure to regulated entity requirements and client asset segregation, with strong SOP authorship, incident management, and reconciliation discipline.
