Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer adoption and value realization across the customer lifecycle by executing customer success motions and engagement plans.
  • •Develop and run adoption plans, workshops, webinars, health reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor on Control-M best practices, architecture, operational excellence, and modernization initiatives.
  • •Support and guide customers through implementations, upgrades, migrations, SaaS transitions, and strategic transformation projects.
  • •Use customer telemetry, product usage data, and Gainsight insights to run proactive engagements, improve customer health, and surface growth opportunities to Sales.

Salary: 233,325 - 388,875

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience working with Control-M or comparable enterprise workload automation and scheduling solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience administering, supporting, implementing, or consulting on Control-M environments across on-premises and/or SaaS deployments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Control-M version 9.x environments, preferably 9.18–9.22 and newer releases.
  • •Experience with Control-M capabilities including APIs, Workload Change Manager (WCM), Managed File Transfer (MFT), workload archiving, forecasting, monitoring, high availability, and enterprise scheduling.
  • •Practical experience performing upgrades, migrations, implementations, and supporting enterprise-scale production environments; plus working knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL (or equivalent).
