Job Summary

Operate end dump and/or belly dump equipment to deliver soils, aggregates, and other construction materials to residential and commercial locations. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, handle routine truck servicing and operating adjustments, and keep accurate time and material records. Use radio communication, safely maneuver and back with double/triple pup trailers, and manage loading/unloading tasks including water for compaction or dust control.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver soils, aggregates, and other materials to residential and commercial locations.
•Operate end dump/belly dump equipment and manage compaction and/or dust-control water loading and unloading.
•Make pre- and post-trip inspections and perform minor servicing/maintenance or escalate major issues.
•Maintain efficient working condition of the equipment and perform normal operating adjustments to the truck.
•Communicate effectively on the radio system and operate with required backing/maneuvering skills using double and triple pup trailers.

Key Requirements

•At least one year of related experience to operate end dump and/or belly dump equipment (with or without pups) and related systems, including tamping systems.
•Valid Class A CDL.
•Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
•Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and make oil/grease/service and normal operating adjustments to the truck.
•Must keep time and material records and follow verbal and written instructions.
