Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead special projects and initiatives in safety, certification, and performance areas as directed by the Program Chief Program Engineer and Director of Engineering.
  • •Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor/respond to technical developments throughout a customer introduction program.
  • •Manage risk and opportunities and support cross-functional and cross-integrated product team issues to resolve complex matters.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical integration, certification, and project management activities to resolve complex issues, return airplanes into service, and sustain delivery/production.
  • •Conduct detailed investigations to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements and to preclude safety issues while communicating with internal/external customers, regulators, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or technical field (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •14+ years of experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
  • •9+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
  • •Experience working with certification and FAA regulations and Regulatory Administration.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
