Job Summary

Own the product strategy and platform roadmap for the Core AI Platform that enables Qualtrics teams to build trusted, scalable AI experiences. Define foundational capabilities across ontologies, agent infrastructure, evaluation, context/memory, observability, model infrastructure, and enterprise governance. Partner with product, engineering, data science, research, security, and design to align architecture, prioritize high-leverage investments, set KPIs, and drive internal and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute product strategy for the Core AI Platform.
•Define foundational architecture and capabilities that help teams build reliable, differentiated AI experiences.
•Lead product strategy across ontologies/semantic layers, agent infrastructure, agent evaluation, context engineering/memory, AI observability, model infrastructure, and guardrails.
•Partner with product, engineering, data science, research, and design to translate customer and internal builder needs into requirements, roadmaps, and adoption plans.
•Create evaluation frameworks and KPIs to measure platform adoption, AI quality, reliability/safety, developer velocity, and customer impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 199,500 - 262,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
•8+ years of product management experience building technically complex platforms, infrastructure products, AI/ML products, developer platforms, or data systems.
•Proven track record defining product strategy and delivering technically sophisticated products with engineering and AI/data science teams.
•Hands-on experience with one or more areas such as agent orchestration, AI/agent evaluation, ontologies/semantic layers, retrieval/context engineering/memory, LLM infrastructure/model gateways, or AI observability/safety/governance.
•Strong understanding of modern AI system architecture and enterprise software requirements (security, permissions, privacy, governance, reliability, explainability, and scale).
