Support daily vehicle reconditioning operations by maintaining the priority vehicle list, coordinating parts deliveries, and ensuring timely repairs. Process and organize invoices for record retention and audit compliance, keep retail work records and repair documentation accurate, and help administer coordination of retail service vehicles to meet customer commitments and service-level expectations.
