Maintenance Supervisor

Direct and supervise the maintenance department, coordinating maintenance programs and support services to keep plant equipment and assets operating properly. Lead interviews, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and discipline for maintenance personnel. Build and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, handle repairs using manuals and diagrams, and troubleshoot maintenance problems while driving continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Maintain maintenance records and order parts as needed.
