Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering, Heat transfer and Fluid mechanics, or a related field.
  • •Thermal analysis and thermal management of spacecraft subsystems, including understanding spacecraft thermal environments.
  • •3+ years of experience developing (Active) Thermal Control Systems and conducting thermal testing (Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Thermal Balance).
  • •Proficiency with thermal software such as Thermal Desktop and ESATAN.
  • •Programming and data analysis skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++), plus fluent English communication.
