Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate ready-mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways/roads, and at job sites to deliver products.
  • •Perform safe, accurate pre- and post-trip truck inspections and ensure equipment is maintained, clean, and safe.
  • •Verify compliance with mix specifications after loading and at the job site.
  • •Align mixer drum and safely drive/operate the truck for loading/unloading and controlled concrete discharge down the truck chute.
  • •Clean the truck after every delivery and accurately record production activities into an electronic tracking system to ensure DOT compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •One to two years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • •Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
  • •Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
