Team Leader - adidas CrossIron Mills (#2037)

Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with management, guiding hourly associates to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales. Train Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies, while reinforcing high performance and staff growth. Support merchandising, staffing, and labor cost control, manage point-of-sale transactions, and maintain proper documentation and store upkeep. Serve as a role model for adidas service standards and resolve customer issues.
