Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a Customer Success team and drive strategic outcomes across key customer accounts
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clinicians through C-level executives and decision-makers after agreement signing
  • •Coordinate with clients and internal/external stakeholders to drive successful implementation and demonstrate product value
  • •Own client communications and account operations, including setting up, facilitating, and leading F2F and virtual meetings to increase engagement and identify product opportunities
  • •Track account KPIs in the CRM (usage, engagement, upsell, retention, and client health) and contribute to product cycles, roadmap planning, and execution
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing mid to large health system accounts for digital health companies (with users and C-level/decision-makers), or 5+ years managing health systems in value-based care arrangements
  • •3+ years of experience in managerial positions
  • •Experience with EPIC EMR
  • •Project management expertise across complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-team health system execution
  • •Proven experience managing customer renewals with a high retention track record
