Job Summary

Greet customers in branch lobbies and help them complete simple transactions using mobile apps and ATMs. Provide personalized guidance by connecting customers to appropriate Bankers and educating them on Citizens products and benefits. Follow cash-handling procedures and relevant state and local laws and regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Work branch hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

•Comfortable with using digital technology and able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
