Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day transportation operations needs at assigned locations in coordination with other site leaders.
  • •Participate in development of site goals and ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and work with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management for direct reports; support succession planning.
  • •Ensure workplace safety standards are met, including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks; coordinate inventory movement through warehouse workflow as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of DOT compliance and regulations.
  • •2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • •3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.

  • •Transportation experience (e.g., vehicle transporter/tractor trailer) or equivalent military experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
