  • •Supervise and guide daily activities of deployed Field Service Representatives to ensure workflow, productivity, and resolution of technical and operational challenges.
  • •Set and execute daily operational goals, review FSR performance, and ensure compliance with program requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues and act as the on-site representative to the government customer to address needs promptly.
  • •Provide daily equipment and personnel status reports and represent the team in required meetings.
  • •Review and archive work orders and trouble tickets, manage maintenance and inventory adherence, and coordinate efficient employee entry/exit logistics for the operations theater.

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience.

  • •Active and transferable Secret security clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for security clearance.
