Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic thought partner for business leaders by providing coaching and recommending actions based on organizational insights.
  • •Coach people leaders to strengthen high-performance culture, including support through complex decisions.
  • •Resolve difficult employee relations issues and collaborate with Legal and Employee Services as needed.
  • •Implement talent management initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and talent density; analyze trends and recommend solutions.
  • •Support leaders and teams through change management and promote Netflix culture within the Bangkok and Jakarta teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of HRBP experience in dynamic environments, including work in complex, matrixed, global organizations.
  • •Experience partnering with client groups across multiple locations in Southeast Asia (asset).
  • •Strong influence and negotiation skills with senior leaders, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels; fluency in English and Thai is required.
  • •Demonstrated success navigating business and/or talent partnership scenarios without clear policies or formal processes.
