Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support development and delivery of next-generation enzyme technologies to market, optimizing the existing portfolio for maximum customer value.
  • •Identify and prioritize opportunities to develop new technologies for multiple EUMs leveraging the protease portfolio.
  • •Generate and oversee analytical data packages that substantiate the technical value proposition, including developing new analytical techniques when needed.
  • •Lead hands-on design, screening, and optimization of enzyme systems, including activity and stability assessment, formulation development, functionality evaluation, and kinetic/mode-of-action determination.
  • •Analyze complex datasets and deliver clear technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, translating insights into scalable customer solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field (PhD preferable).
  • •Prior R&D experience in Biotechnology or Food Science is highly preferable.
  • •Experience with enzyme characterisation, including developing, optimizing, and interpreting enzyme assays and analytical methodologies (proteases strongly desirable).
  • •Strong understanding of enzyme functionality and how enzymes impact food, beverage, and feed production processes.
  • •Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
