Own end-to-end technical outcomes for enterprise customer engagements, from discovery through production rollout. Build and troubleshoot connectors, pipelines, and tooling to run MongoDB in real enterprise environments, shipping production-quality code and fixes. Capture detailed product feedback (logs, reproduction steps, proposed paths), translate field learnings into reusable capabilities, and collaborate across product and engineering while managing expectations and risks with technical and executive stakeholders.
