Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sizing and selection and provide on-time quotations to customers through Regional Sales Managers or dealers.
  • •Track quotations for win rate, processing time, and clean order proportion, and report weekly/monthly in prescribed formats.
  • •Support technical discussions with customers and follow up by phone and personal visits to convert quotations into purchase orders.
  • •Review and validate purchase orders against submitted offers, inform stakeholders on discrepancies, and support order amendment follow-up.
  • •Coordinate execution by handing over clean orders and supporting documents to SOM, guiding acknowledgements, and managing change orders for price/delivery/damage impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in the process industry.
  • •Strong technical skills and aptitude to lead technical discussions with customers.
  • •Strong sales aptitude and customer focus, with proactive follow-up to drive quotations to purchase orders.
  • •Knowledge of regulators/valve industry is preferable (Pump, Seals, and Compressor background acceptable).
  • •Good knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and good communication/presentation skills.
