Key Responsibilities

  • •Develops and administers subcontracts and other intermediate-value agreements in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies.
  • •Administers subcontract lifecycle activities (pre-award planning through post-award administration and closeout).
  • •Documents all subcontract actions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and company policy.
  • •Supports new business activities including NDA and teaming agreements, soliciting proposals, negotiating pricing, and evaluating submissions.
  • •Generates reports/data-call responses, serves as a liaison between program teams and subcontractors, and communicates with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related experience in Subcontracts Administration or Contracts Administration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience developing and administering subcontracts through pre-award planning, award, post-award administration, and closeout.
  • •Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and ability to document actions in accordance with FAR and company policy.
  • •Strong written and oral communication with effective administrative and organizational skills.
