Job Summary

Serve as the onshore, customer-facing functional lead for Oracle NetSuite Finance. You’ll configure and support core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, OneWorld), design chart of accounts and consolidation settings, set up SuiteTax and SuiteFlow workflows, and lead client workshops, UAT/SIT testing, and finance training. You’ll also coordinate offshore delivery work and support close, revenue recognition, reporting, and data migration using CSV imports.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary onshore functional lead for NetSuite Finance, partnering with client Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and drive decisions.
•Configure and support NetSuite Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and OneWorld.
•Design chart of accounts, subsidiary structures, intercompany relationships, and consolidation settings aligned to client reporting needs.
•Configure SuiteTax for multi-jurisdiction compliance and set up SuiteFlow approval workflows for journal entries, vendor bills, expense reports, and payments.
•Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, and UAT sessions; coordinate offshore delivery (assign tasks, review deliverables, track milestones), support period-end close/revenue recognition, and deliver training/documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,156 - 198,438 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional experience with at least two full-cycle NetSuite Finance implementations as Functional Lead or Senior Consultant.
•3+ years hands-on expertise configuring NetSuite GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and OneWorld (multi-subsidiary).
•2+ proven experience with SuiteTax, multi-currency, intercompany, and consolidation setup.
•2+ experience with SuiteFlow for finance approval workflows and CSV import for financial data migration.
•Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent.
