Lead USAA’s Availability Command Center (ACC) and provide centralized command for major incidents, operational execution, and service restoration across the association. Own availability management strategy, operational readiness (24x7), and service resiliency by partnering with Technology, Information Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Risk, and Business Operations. Drive incident response discipline through executive escalation, KPI/KRI monitoring, recovery process validation, and continuous improvement of playbooks and procedures.
