Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and client liaison for digital signage projects, owning preventative maintenance, security patching, and endpoint administration across the digital signage fleet. Maintain service/system documentation (KB articles, runbooks, SharePoint) and support stable, compliant, audit-ready operations. Collaborate with client content owners and creative teams, deliver training and operational support, and lead field testing/troubleshooting with remote support when needed, including modern API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as technical point of contact and customer liaison for the digital signage solution.
•Own preventative maintenance, security patching, and endpoint administration across the digital signage fleet for stable, compliant, audit-ready operations.
•Maintain service/system/process documentation, including KB articles, runbooks, and SharePoint content.
•Collaborate with client content owners to support display look/technical specifications and provide feedback on content strategies and testing.
•Provide client training and operational support; act as technical lead for field testing/troubleshooting with remote support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Provide technical expertise for digital signage projects and act as a liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers.
•Perform preventative maintenance, security patching, and endpoint administration to keep the digital signage fleet stable and compliant.
•Maintain service/system/process documentation, including KB articles, runbooks, and SharePoint content.
•Understand network troubleshooting and enterprise network compatibility, including cloud networking/computing knowledge.
•College degree preferred, with industry/technical training and background with digital signage systems a plus.
