Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the Cyber underwriting plan, ensuring strong technical risk selection, pricing discipline, and portfolio optimization.
  • •Underwrite complex and high-value Cyber/Tech PI risks in line with appetite, guidelines, and pricing frameworks while maintaining risk quality and governance.
  • •Use data, portfolio insights, and market intelligence to guide decisions, identify trends, and support product and underwriting innovation.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key brokers and customers, acting as a trusted point of contact for Cyber/Tech PI.
  • •Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to shape underwriting strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI Underwriter or Broker with strong market contacts and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • •Deep understanding of Cyber and Tech PI exposures, controls, coverages, and emerging trends.
  • •Strong technical underwriting skills with a commitment to risk quality, governance, and best-practice pipeline management.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen, including interpreting P&L drivers and supporting sustainable portfolio performance.
  • •Experience providing technical leadership, coaching, or mentoring to others and translating strategy into execution.
