Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Israel payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across key events (hires, leaves, RSU equity, terminations, employee changes, and wage garnishments).
  • •Compile and analyze payroll data and provide regular reports to partners including HR, tax, and accounting.
  • •Lead complex payroll projects focused on system integrations and implementation.
  • •Lead resolution of complex payroll issues and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure payroll compliance with company policy and local Israel tax legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of payroll processing experience, including working with external payroll providers and HRIS modules (Workday preferred) and Hilan, with equity reporting experience (RSUs and stock options).
  • •In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation in Israel.

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
