Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of test stand, equipment, and process concepts with a focus on practical execution and operability.
  • •Contribute to and maintain fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, and instrumentation lists.
  • •Assist with design and analysis of structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms for integration and test readiness.
  • •Operate test stands with attention to detail, ensuring process adherence and safe execution.
  • •Supervise and participate in integration of test stands and equipment, including mechanical and data/control systems; identify non-conformances and drive reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience creating and/or working with manufacturing design, build, integration, or test.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/STEM field or 2+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with launch vehicle/spacecraft integration or composite structure design/testing, including test operations with gases/fluids and data acquisition/field measurements.
  • •Experience writing test plans and procedures, and providing go/no-go judgment with rationale.
