Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and mentor a Revenue Operations team supporting high-velocity SMB sales.
  • •Optimize revenue workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and visibility across regions.
  • •Own and improve systems supporting the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle (including Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and NetSuite).
  • •Develop global sales territories and partner to establish targets, quotas, and capacity plans; drive forecasting and pipeline rigor.
