Job Summary

Partner with APAC Marketing and PR leadership to translate strategic initiatives into a multi-year operating financial roadmap. Own expense and headcount forecasting across APAC countries, provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights, and present analyses to senior stakeholders. Build proficiency in Anaplan reporting and drive automation/system enhancements, including overhead forecasting and activity-based workforce models. Lead and develop the Marketing Finance & Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate strategic marketing and PR initiatives into a multi-year operating financial roadmap with senior leadership.
•Serve as a strategic and financial thought partner to marketing and PR executives across multiple APAC countries.
•Forecast near- and long-term marketing and PR expense and headcount for various APAC countries.
•Create and deliver insightful analysis and presentations to facilitate leadership decision-making.
•Manage, develop, and mentor the Marketing Finance & Strategy team, while driving reporting tool proficiency and automation/system enhancements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience in finance and strategy, with prior media/entertainment/marketing preferred.
•Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and delivering actionable recommendations.
•Superior proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling.
•Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English for clear, concise stakeholder updates.
•A 4-year degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics). MBA is a plus.
