Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Retail Operations leaders and managers to provide HR guidance and support for day-to-day people matters.
  • •Implement global and local HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • •Advise managers on HR solutions, employee relations matters, and organizational change initiatives.
  • •Manage labor relations, including liaison with unions and employee representatives, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution.
  • •Coordinate training with the Learning & Development team and support Health & Safety program implementation and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a retail, hospitality, logistics, or other operational environment.
  • •Solid knowledge of employee relations, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
  • •Experience working with unions and employee representatives.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing, conflict resolution, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
