Job Summary

We are hiring Drainage Engineers and Designers across junior, mid, and senior levels to design highway drainage systems and support large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects in the southern US. Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads and hydrology-focused design is required, with opportunities to lead tasks on mega-projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and analyze highway drainage systems including storm drain design, cross culvert analysis, hydrology, ditch design, bridge deck drainage, and temporary drainage.
•Contribute to large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects andMega-projects in the southern US.
•Utilize Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads for CAD design and documentation.
•Collaborate with project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective drainage solutions on transportation infrastructure.
•Support or lead drainage design tasks according to experience level, mentoring junior staff as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (for CAD Designers)
•Junior Level: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Mid-Level: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Senior Level: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License
